We provide comprehensive, end-to-end process control services—covering every stage from raw material input, molding and injection, drying, and demolding, through to the final oiling or coating phase. All operations are executed on fully automated production lines, designed to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.

We are fully equipped to handle large-volume orders, with four dedicated production lines ensuring a stable, uninterrupted supply year-round. Our daily production capacity stands at 6 million gummies (equivalent to 100,000 bottles, based on a standard count of 60 gummies per bottle).

Leveraging our flexible capabilities in texture customization, we can tailor the chewiness and firmness of our products to align with regional consumer preferences—for instance, formulating a soft, elastic texture for the U.S. market, while delivering a firmer, crisper texture for the Japanese market. Furthermore, our rapid prototyping service allows us to deliver formula samples within 5–7 business days, enabling clients to conduct sensory evaluations and preliminary stability screenings.
